    This venue provided a luxurious vacation experience with an outdoor swimming pool, beach access, and a spa centre. the rooms had exclusive amenities and there was a poolside snack bar. The location is serene with a sun terrace and garden area. Cons: the reception staff struggled to communicate in English.

    Celebrating New Year's Eve in this hotel was amazing! We loved the delicious food and the fun entertainment provided by the staff. The hotel was located in a great spot, close to a beautiful beach, and the rooms were very comfortable.

    The language barrier was a bit of an issue for us. Some of the staff didn't speak much English and it was a little difficult communicating with them.

    Amazing gardens and pools, great entertainment team, tasty and varied food.

    Language barriers with staff and other guests, difficulty finding pool loungers due to certain guests monopolizing them. My recent holiday at a hotel in Turkey was overall a great experience.

    We loved the location of the hotel, with the beach just straight down the road from us. the room was tidy and the bathroom shining. Free bottled water brought to the room every day was a great help. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast with plenty of options to choose from.

    Our experience was tainted by the lack of English spoken by the staff, which made communication difficult at times.
